The EduventureDorset Corporate Team Building Course provides each team member with physical, social and emotional challenges. At various stages throughout your course you will be given feedback on specific components. For example, the focus feedback may be on group and individual communication skills.
The end of your course will involve a debrief outlining how the training has gone.
EduventureDorset staff will lead this session, with any additional feedback from the senior member of your team.
Written feedback and photographs will be emailed to your company staff development coordinator.
EduventureDorset is able to recommend a number of high quality hotels, should you require accommodation prior to or post training course day.
Your itinerary is as follows:
- Meet and greet 09:00am. Sort any paperwork etc.
- Overview for the days course and Safety briefing.
- Warm up.
- Team allocation.
- Intro, to skills.
- Lunch approx, 12:30.
- Afternoon session.
- End of session 16:30.
- Feedback Staff and clients.
- 17:15 Onward travel.
